Smoked pork roll
In anticipation of the New year, I suggest you to prepare this delicious meat a delicacy on a festive table! It does not matter if there is no possibility to podkoptit... using only one oven, the result will be equally delicious and beautiful! A correctly-chosen mix of spices that is usually used for making polukopchenye sausage, loaf turns out very flavorful with a rich taste!

Ingredients

  • Salt nitrite

Remove the flank steak with the skin, rinse and dry;
