Chicken meat company "Petelinka", buy quite often, really really liked it me and my household. Always, and not least for me - chilled. No need to defrost, and cook bought. Prepared quickly, it turns out juicy, tasty. Today, after going to the store, I bought chicken thigh "Special", and decided to make envelopes with chicken and autumn vegetables, this is delicious, and is easy to cook!

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

  • Lemon juice

2. Meat wash, dry paper towel and put into a large bowl. Pepper, sprinkle with seasoning for chicken and add 1-2 tbsp of lemon juice and 1 tbsp of soy sauce. It needs more salt, because I added soy sauce. Mix well and leave to marinate, for 30 minutes.

3. Vegetables should be washed, dried. Zucchini cut into cubes, sweet pepper - julienne, onion rings and tomato in small slices. Put vegetables in a bowl, add salt, sprinkle with your favorite herbs and mix well.

4. Take a thick or a thin foil folded in two layers. Grease the top of the foil with vegetable oil on to the foil during baking doesn't stick to the chicken. Spread 1/4 of the vegetables. Clean the garlic from the skins and chop each slice into two parts. Then put 1/2 clove under the skin of a chicken thigh. Spread the meat on the vegetables.
