Cooking
Apples clear from the skin and seeds from plums to pull out of the bone. Arbitrarily chop the plums, Apple and garlic, load it into blender and blend.
To Apple and plum puree to pour the soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Add salt and all the spices. Mix well.
