Frozen nougat
Eastern dessert that is frosted, served with berries. Almost Italian Semifreddo.

Ingredients

  • Berry

  • Cognac

    70 ml

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Egg white

    4 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    220 g

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Honey

    120 g

  • Almonds

    350 g

  • Water

    50 ml

Cooking

With lemon to remove the zest in thin strips, squeeze the juice.

Raisins pour boiling water, allow to dry, add the zest and brandy. Leave for insisting for 2 hours or more.

Almonds are blanched to remove skin, dry in oven, grind and sift.

In a thick-walled saucepan, mix water, lemon juice and sugar, heat until the sugar is dissolved, add the almonds and boil for 3 minutes.

Ready nougat spread in an annular shape with the rod in the middle. If the form is not silicone, then the form must vystelit with cling film. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 6-8 hours.
