Appetizer of cheese
If this recipe was already on the website, sorry. I have not yet found. This snack I prepare once a month, if not more often. It is very quickly done, looks beautiful and saves, if more on the table to put nothing or doesn't want (it happens sometimes :-). The only negative is that the ingredients not one of those that is always home. But it's good that you can buy them in advance (except for avocado) and forget about them, remembering only if already have or are on the verge of guests. A photograph of the finished dish done before, the process is quick captured later.

Ingredients

  • Soft cheese

    1 pack

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

  • Sesame

Wide, using wet knife cut the cheese in half. One part spread on a dish, in which we serve.

Avocado peel, remove the pit and cut into fairly thin slices. Spread on cheese.

Cover with other half of cheese and repeat the layer of avocado.

Generously pour the soy sauce. You can pour as for cheese and around it. In the first case, cheese and avocado on top will already be slightly salty.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Not withstanding, take a cracker or toast and spread thicker :-)) This step is, of course, we can only do if the snack is prepared for myself. If it is better cheese to be served in a safe and sound, but already there try to get ahead of other applicants. Generally served on a platter with a pair of buffet or regular table knives. Separately put the crackers or croutons, and the bread with poppy seeds or any other unsweetened flour. Every man to his taste spreads on biscuits, soaking the cheese in the sauce.
