Description
Good rice is delicious not only in hot or warm, but cold, for example, in original and a hearty salad. For fans of beans and rice I want to recommend this wonderful Spanish salad a unique taste which will complement the flavorful salad dressing. Spanish fuegos artificiales - fireworks.

Cooking
The rice for this salad you need long grain. Perfect "Basmati" is a beautiful, fragrant and delicious. Boil 100 g in salted water, cool.
Beans boil until tender (if necessary, soak overnight in water, then boil until soft). Green beans blanch in boiling water for 5-10 min. For the convenience in my freezer there is always pre-cooked beans and, if necessary, you can always take a handful of cooked beans.
Bell pepper and onion and chop small cubes for a more uniform consistency of the salad. In the absence of the green you can always take a simple bow, as long as it wasn't bitter.
Gradually add the ingredients in the bowl, but not stirred!
When the rice is ready, add and stir only now. The rice should not be overcooked or stuck together, this is another reason why I cook "Basmati", it's hard to mess up.
Prepare the dressing. Squeeze out 1 tooth. garlic, add olive oil and red wine vinegar (you can substitute fresh lemon juice), salt and pepper to taste.
Add French mustard and stir, the consistency will be creamy and homogenous.
And herbs (I use dill, parsley and a little coriander).
Of course, you can season the salad and serve, but we like to pour the sauce directly over the meal, then everyone can put more/less fueling.
