Salad of cod liver with quail eggs
Easy to prepare salad, tasty and filling. And it is quite possible to apply for a festive table, I'm sure the ladies will appreciate it.

Ingredients

  • Cod liver oil

    1 can

  • Quail egg

    10 piece

  • Green olives

    10 piece

  • Lettuce

    0.25 piece

  • Dill

    3 sprig

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Quail eggs boil, remove the shell and cut into halves. Iceberg wash, dry, tear into small pieces, dill or parsley finely chop. Cod liver carefully divided into small pieces. On a dish put the salad.

On top of it arrange the pieces of liver.

Add half of the eggs.

Then add the olives.
