Banana donuts in the oven
Another recipe fluffy doughnuts that don't require frying in oil. This time - a banana! The dough is yeast, and therefore do not need to knead, put on approach, etc... All very simple and quite fast. Delicious, soft, fragrant donatti. Who has tea at my house?!

Ingredients

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.66 cup

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

Bananas peel, cut into pieces and grind in blender to a puree.

Of the total amount of sugar set aside for later 1 tablespoon of the sugar we use for topping. Proteins, sunflower oil, banana puree and the remaining sugar, beat with a mixer until a homogeneous lush mass.

Separately mix flour, baking powder, soda and cinnamon.

Then combine the dry and wet mixture. This is our dough. It should be sticky and thicker than for pancakes. Should not spread. So, if you think the dough is too liquid, add a little more flour. Allow dough to stand for 5 minutes.

Then grease the pan with oil or covered with baking paper. Tablespoon gently spread the dough slides on a baking sheet. Stick distance (!), as the donuts will rise.

Then, dip your finger (preferably your own) or a knife in oil and make a hole in the center of each lepeshechki. Remember that they will puff during baking, so do not less than 2 cm in diameter. Our sprinkle donuts with sugar and sent in a preheated 220 degree oven for 7-12 mins (focus on your oven).

You can cover the finished doughnuts with a sugar glaze or melted chocolate. But it seemed to me that it is enough to sprinkle with sugar. Then very clearly felt a gentle banana flavor and aroma.
