Cooking

Now for the cream. Sugar grind in a coffee grinder until powder. Whip cream with powder and vanilla sugar. Get lush homogeneous mass - not a dense cream, but not too runny.
Now collect the cake - each cake generously grease cream, especially focusing on the edges so they don't dry. In the photo - the cream on one cake layer.
The remaining pieces of cake grind crumb.
The last cake layer and sides of cake, apply a thick layer of cream, then sprinkle with crumbs. Boca need to build carefully - to get nice and sharp.
