New year - a favorite holiday of my daughter. She anxiously waits for magic and miracles. And this Christmas tree she made herself, I only helped a little.

Ingredients.
Proteins separated from the yolks, whisk, gradually adding powdered sugar.
Whisk cream until thick.
A teaspoon spread on a baking sheet on the baking paper and sent in a preheated 180 degree oven for an hour.
Prepare the cream.
Beat the egg yolks.
Add the softened butter, continuing to whisk.
Add condensed milk, whisk.
Dip the meringue into the cream and spread on a plate with a pyramid.
Decorate our Christmas tree: cut out chocolate star, and the rest of the RUB on a small grater and sprinkle our Christmas tree.
