A platter of vegetables with buckwheat sauce
A light but hearty salad. For the contest "Vegetable traffic light".

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    0.5 cup

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Corn

    5 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Salt

Cooking

Buckwheat boil until tender, allow to cool.

Carrots and cucumbers cut into sticks. Tomato cube. Greens grind.

Mix the carrots, cucumbers, greens, tomatoes and corn. Salt.

Make a sauce of mayonnaise and buckwheat.To your taste add pepper or any spices.You can add cheese.

Put in a bowl.
