2011 - the year of the rabbit, because I suggest to make one of the salads on the Christmas table in the form of carrots :-) the Salad is crunchy and juicy - here is a combination) I Wish all the cooks a festive mood and inspiration!))

Cucumber

Chicken fillet

Mayonnaise

We will need the following products. In General, the contents of the salad can be anything :-)
Cucumbers cut into thin slices, grate the carrots on a fine grater, the chicken will look at small fiber.
The bottom layer is a finely shredded cabbage.
A little mayonnaise, the next layer of kukuruzka.
Layer chicken and again mayonnaise.
Slices of cucumber.
