Cooking

step-0
In my fridge you'll always find that such Bank (or jar) seafood cocktail in brine. In principle, it is ready for use, but if you spend a few minutes and a little product, use it will be much more fun and tastier. The first thing we need to drain the brine into a separate bowl (in case).
step-1
Leek cut into small half rings (if large, the stem is better to cut into 4 pieces), pour a portion of the brine from under the seafood and leave it to the side a little bit (about ten minutes while cooking) marinate.
step-2
One large or 2 small eggs lightly beat with two tablespoons of brine, pour on a dry frying pan and straight into the pan with a spatula're doing here is rosy egg "medley" (only not to the dried condition, of course, it is sufficient that the egg is well seized).
step-3
Cucumber cut into small pieces. If you plan to serve the salad on holiday table, you can make a cucumber "boat" by cutting out the middle carefully.
step-4
In General, that's all: join seafood, cucumber, egg and leek, is removed from the brine, stir and serve with greens, watering dressing. For the filling I highly recommend to cook the sauce 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (I olive), 2 tablespoons of thick yogurt or natural yogurt and 2 tablespoons of brine from under seafood.
step-5
In the "boat" version, respectively, the salad is laid out neatly in cucumber boats.
step-6
In conclusion, I would like to mention that this salad is an example of the case when a one-time improvisation was the recipe, which is cooked in our family now, quite often, only sometimes experimenting with the ingredients (I gave the option that is most like me personally). Try it, you will not regret. P. S. the Caloric value of one serving (with dressing) – 160 calories.
