Very easy to prepare and delicious salad, which combines with wonderful grilled vegetables and cheese. This salad can transform Your ordinary dinner into a feast of flavors, or decorate a table for guests. The recipe is from the magazine "School of Gastronome".

Cooking
Eggplant, zucchini and tomatoes cut into slices thick 1 cm Garlic peel and crush. Green onions wash, cut off the tips so that the stems 10 cm.
Put all the vegetables in a bowl, pour in the olive oil and vinegar. Add the garlic, salt, pepper and mix well.
Portions pan-fried grilled onion, eggplant, zucchini and tomatoes, each serving 4-5 minutes. Every kind of vegetable is better for frying separately, as the degree of readiness is different for everyone.
