Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Mix the flour and salt, pour vegetable oil and milk with yeast and knead a soft dough. Cover the dough with a towel and place in a warm place for 40-50 minutes for proofing. Greens finely chop, mash feta with a fork and mix with greens. Salt is NOT NECESSARY!
After proofing, divide the dough into 2 parts, each roll into a large circle, cut into 4 sectors (each sector can cut strips of dough for the legs), put the filling and tighten the bagel. From the side of the head bends the dough, from the tail pulling the dough so that it looks like a lizard. Do 4 lizards, then another 4 from the second piece of dough. Eyes of of peppercorns. Top grease yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated 190* oven 20 minutes (until Golden brown).
