Mardi Gras is long gone, all ate pancakes. Cooking
knead all ingredients of dough(it should not be liquid and not too thick,that poured from the ladle fluent)
on a greased pan in the center pour the batter(pancakes are not very large) and roast them under the cap(this is mandatory) on both sides
