Cooking
Take the fish of the salmon species, chum I have. Clean carefully with a sharp knife, remove the bones and skin and cut into cubes. Pour soy sauce and leave to marinate.
Young zucchini cut into sticks, onion rings.
Fish covered with sesame seeds so that all the pieces were evenly covered with seeds. Sesame should "stick" to the fish.
Heat the pan, pour vegetable oil (1 tablespoon), spread the fish pieces so they don't lay tight to each other.
Fry the fish evenly on all sides until Golden brown. But do not desiccate. Lay off the fish on the plate.
In a pan pour oil, put the zucchini and fry on both sides until Golden brown.
Svezhemoloty add a mixture of peppers, lemon zest, squeezing lemon juice, salt. Put chopped green onions. Stir and cook 5 minutes.
Pour the cream and simmer until thick for 1 minute.
On the dish lay out zucchini in cream.
Put on top of the roasted salmon. Served with a slice of lemon. Sprinkle with green onion. Bon appetit!
