Ingredients

Turn the oven on 150*C Ingredients.

Garlic, 1/2 onion cut into thin strips. In a pan pour oil, put the garlic, sliced onions, washed rice. Fry on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Pour in the boiling water and bring to boil. While the rice cooks, we will work on vegetables. Pepper and zucchini cut into cubes, the remaining onion into thin strips.

Fry in oil 3 minutes, add Pepper, salt to taste and pour tomato juice. Bring to the boil and cook for 2 minutes, Put the finely diced tomatoes and parsley. Bring to a boil and remove.
