Chicken fillet, marinated in a jar
Very nice appearance and easy to prepare appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Seasoning

    1 piece

  • Adyghe cheese

    100 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    4 piece

  • Olives

    1 handful

  • Basil

    1 handful

  • Lemon juice

    80 ml

  • Olive oil

    30 ml

  • Spices

Chicken fillet lightly beat off with thick edges and fry without oil in the sheet with seasoning from Maggi. Allow to cool completely.

Slice cheese and filet cubes with sides of about 1*1 see If cherry is quite small, they can be left whole, I have a cherry plum, so I cut it in half.

For the filling mix the lemon juice with olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. As we already fillet seasoned, more can be nothing to add. If You're going to use a simply grilled fillet, you can add the grated garlic and mix your favorite seasonings.

In a jar put layers of chicken fillet, cherry tomatoes, cheese and olives. Between layers put the Basil leaves. Pour the filling, cover the jar with a lid and shake gently. Put into the refrigerator.

You can serve it after a couple of hours. But can be left to marinate up to a day if you want to obtain a more intense taste. By the way, it's better to take out from the fridge 30 minutes before serving.
