European salad I already have, but then I experimented, not very much, but I liked it. Yes, this salad is not very cheap, but useful and fast, treat yourself, unless of course you like such combination products.

Lemon

Vinegar

Olive oil

Black pepper

Products
Put in a salad bowl the lettuce and drizzle with lemon.
On the salad put the fish and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
Fish - cheese. I sliced with a mandolin. Drizzle with olive oil.
Garnish with tomatoes and always freshly ground pepper.
