Salad
Another light and healthy salad. She was eating when I lost weight.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    12 piece

  • Dill

    4 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Pine nuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    2 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    125 g

  • Lemon juice

  • Apple

    1 piece

Salad wash, dry. Romano and sheet and break into pieces. Dill finely chop.

Apple cut into thin slices, sprinkle with lemon juice to avoid darkening. Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.

Soak raisins in boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Pine nuts fry in a pan without oil.

All the ingredients mix gently, season with salt. Put portions in iceberg lettuce, dress with yogurt just before serving.
