Baked potatoes in parchment
Delicious potatoes, which is prepared very simply. The scent is mind-blowing!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Thyme

  • Rosemary

The oven heated to 200 degrees. We need small potatoes. it is good to wash and don'T clean. Add the olive oil.

Season with salt and pepper, add the garlic. Garlic is also NOT cleaned.

Prepare a large sheet of parchment, visually divide it in half. Put potatoes on one half. Put the sprigs of thyme and/or rosemary.

Cover the other half of the parchment. Gently roll the long seam I rolled up.

And then install the 2 short seam on the sides - I folded downwards. NOTE: absolutely do NOT have to carefully close the seams. So, don't seams to fix a stapler, for example. Don't! Even if you are not closed completely tightly, it's not scary. Bake potatoes at temp-re 200 deg. about 45 min. Then you can tear the parchment and to hold the potatoes for 5-10 minutes in the oven. Serve with garlic which is so delicious! have potatoes you need straight from the peel.
