Description
This is the cookie equivalent of "anycipher", a recipe I took from a cookbook. Cookies are very easy to cook, it turns out it is very tasty and flavorful. The taste is not greasy and dry at the same time crunchy. Each cookie is approximately 55 calories, 1 g protein, 5 g carbohydrates, 4 g fat, 12 mg cholesterol.

Cooking
Nuts slightly to fry on a medium heat stirring frequently,then turn off the oven and leave the nuts to cool. The cooled nuts clear from the separated husk,and grind them in the processor with 50 grams of sugar into fine crumbs. In a large bowl, beat butter with the remaining 50 grams of sugar on a low speed,then increase speed and beat for another 5 minutes.Then add sour cream,salt,vanilla,baking soda, beat until lush white mass,then add the nut mixture and to drive the flour,the dough will be soft,it should be.Divide the dough into 2 parts and wrap each in foil,put in freezer for 30 minutes.Then heat the oven to 190 degrees,baking lay oiled paper. Remove one portion of dough from freezer,table and hands lightly with flour powder, the dough take a teaspoon and mold crescents(dough will be easy to shape like modeling clay),so to cut and the second half of the dough
Lay the crescents on a baking sheet at a small distance from each other.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes,until cookies are brown around the edges. To give the finished cookies to cool 2 minutes,then still warm, roll well in powdered sugar. Completely cooled cookies and store in container with tightly closed lid. For jelani liver can be shaped balls.
