The site already has several options for lemon cookies, I decided to put my can be anyone and my recipe will come in handy.
Ingredients

Flour
600 g

Margarine
300 g

Leavening agent
1 tsp

Vanilla sugar
1 tsp

Powdered sugar
150 g

Lemon peel
Cooking
Beat margarine with eggs.
Add the vanilla sugar, icing sugar and baking powder. Mix everything well.
On a fine grater grate the lemon peel and add to the dough.
Add the flour and knead the dough. Roll it with a thickness of 1 centimeter and cut molds cookies.
Bake in a preheated oven at 210 degrees for 20 minutes.
Biscuits turns out very delicate and crumbly.
