Cooking

step-0
Boil the nest or spaghetti (of which in the future will create our socket) until fully cooked. Carefully remove the nests with a slotted spoon and place them on a previously greased baking sheet. If You are using spaghetti, drain, let them cool slightly and shape into nests. Place the sauce, mix the sour cream, ketchup, salt and spices. Then grease the socket prepared with a sauce (this will not allow them to dry out and give a peculiar taste). A small amount of cooked sauce and leave for the future! :)
step-1
In minced meat add onion, missed through Mincer (or grated on a grater), salt, spices (I add a little bread soaked in water, the meat becomes more viscous and less fatty). Then formed small meat pellet with a thickness of 0.5-1 cm.
step-2
Put the meat cakes on top of our nests.
step-3
Cut the tomato in small slices (consider the size of tomato and the number of slots).
step-4
Put slices of tomato on top of our nests. In the remaining sauce add a small amount of water (about 70 ml) and carefully, without touching the nest, pour into pan. this will give our jacks to burn and dry out in the cooking process.
step-5
Send a baking sheet with sockets in a preheated 200' C oven for 20-25 minutes (the degree of readiness of dishes is determined by the readiness of the meat). Meanwhile, grate the cheese, you can add the grated garlic and finely chopped herbs (optional).
step-6
For 5-7 minutes until cooked sprinkle with cooked cheese-garlic mixture our of the nest and put into the oven until Golden brown.
step-7
The simplicity of our cooking - that's what delicious tricks! Bon appétit!
