Eggplant casserole

  • Milk

    180 ml

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Sour cream

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

Eggplant wash, cut into cube about 1 x 1 cm and placed in a bowl of salted water for 15-20 minutes.
