Description
Offer the recipe is very delicious meat muffins. Bought a new cooking magazine with a master class on cooking this dish, changed meat-based and cooked. I have these muffins I liked the fact that there's no flour, no breadcrumbs, no bread, but there are vegetables that are the most wonderful complement to the meat. And, of course, plenty of options for creativity, because supplements can be different. Through a search engine through all 17 meat recipes muffins, my recipe is still different, but, of course, to judge about it only you.

Cooking
Products in the picture, the cheese didn't hit the shot, because the decision to use it came later.
Carrot and chop onion finely, zucchini peel and RUB on a coarse grater, the wood chips lightly with a knife ruble, greens - finely cut.
Carrots and onions are sent to the pan with heated oil, fry on medium heat for approximately 10 minutes with constant stirring. Leave to cool slightly.
Connect all - namely, roasted carrots with onions, grated zucchini, herbs with minced meat, percu and salt, add dry herbs (I have "Grass Italian cuisine"). Mix well. The photo was a bit ridiculous, I decided to use a glass bowl, so in some pictures it seems that all the action takes place just on the table, this frame is the best.
Form six balls and in shape, I took silicone and set it on a baking sheet for convenience. Then put in oven preheated to 200*C for 30-40 minutes (focus on your familiar oven). Should be a beautiful Golden brown.
And at that stage I wanted more, and sprinkle the muffins with grated cheese while increasing their caloric content. Therefore, for 3 minutes until tender form got cheese and sprinkled each muffin.
That's so I pulled them out of the oven. You can eat and serve. I decided to file them with thinly sliced tomatoes and mozzarella (Caprese almost) and cucumbers, the muffins, place on a large lettuce leaf.
