The slice of bread cut into small cubes, crust from loaf thin, not rigid, so I don't cut.

To put the pieces of loaf into a bowl, beat eggs, add milk, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well so that all pieces of the loaf are soaked.

Preheat a frying pan (diameter of my 24 cm) of vegetable oil, put the soaked slices of loaf evenly, tamping well with a spatula pieces, distributing them over the entire surface of the pan. On medium heat fry for 3-4 minutes.

Sprinkle with Basil and oregano, spread an even layer of stuffing, cover and cook for another 4-5 minutes so all the cheese melted. Off and give a little to cool.
