Solyanka with tuna

Ingredients

  • Tuna

    250 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Celery root

  • Cucumber

    70 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Tomato paste

    20 g

  • Green peas

    0.5 can

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

Cooking

In a pan fry the chopped onion half rings, add the chopped julienne carrots and celery, fry until cooked. Add diced cucumbers and stew for a few minutes.

Add the tomato paste and saute for a few minutes.

Then add green peas, well heated and remove from fire.

Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.

In a saucepan pour water, add chopped potato cubes, bring to boil and cook on low heat until soft.

Take out fish from the jar, remove the bones and divide into pieces.

Add to the pot.

Then put zazharku, add salt to taste.

Add Bay leaf and cook for 5-10 minutes, until the potatoes are done.
