Lemon donuts
This is just one option when time is short, and for tea I want something tasty. Fast, not expensive and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Sugar

    0.333 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yeast

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    2 piece

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    300 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

Cooking

Warm the milk pour 1/3 Cup of sugar ( who loves sweet, you can increase the number of sugar)

Add salt

Add eggs and zest of 2 lemons. Mix well with a whisk and leave to the side

In a separate deep bowl sift flour, mix with yeast

To the flour add the melted butter and then the milk mixture. Knead homogeneous, not dough. Leave the dough for 30 minutes in a warm place.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm

Cut the doughnuts in the form of a ring ( use a glass and a shot, if not shapers)

Heat the oil and fry the donuts until Golden brown. Ready donuts spread on a cloth to soak up excess oil. Then put on a plate and sprinkle with icing sugar, I turned 30 pieces
