Cooking
The serum is heated. Add salt, sugar, oil and yeast. Mix well. Pour the flour and knead the dough.
Leave the dough in a warm place until it increases in volume by 2 times.
Spread the dough into small balls ( a little more than pasties). 1 bread will take 8 balls. The balls roll out into a circle and sprinkle with spices. Each ball is rolled into a roll.
Each roll is folded in half. In the form of bread put 4 folded rolls, alternating them one by one as in the photo. On top spread another 4 folded in half of loaf. Lubricate the egg yolk and let stand for 20 minutes. Then send in the oven at 200 C until ready.
