Cooking
First you need in warm milk dissolve the yeast. To do this, in 0.5 l of warm (BUT NOT HOT!!!) milk add 50 g of yeast, 2 tbsp sugar and 2-3 tbsp flour. Mix well and leave for 15 minutes to yeast earned.
In a bowl pour the remaining sugar (3 tbsp), salt, add mayonnaise, vegetable oil, melted margarine and pour the mixture of milk and yeast. Then in the same bowl sift the flour and knead soft and elastic dough.
A bowl with dough tightly close the foil (I put the bowl in the usual new plastic bag)and leave to rise in a warm place. When the dough has risen, punch down it and let it rise again.
Divide the dough into 18 (I got it on a baking sheet and placed 9 rolls) equal parts. Roll each portion into a ball and leave to rise on the table, covered with film or a towel, to a little dried out.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. In a bowl pour the sour cream and add to it the melted butter, sugar, flour, egg white (yolk will be useful for lubrication of the rolls) and vanilla. All mix well. The stuffing is ready.
Put the dough balls on a greased vegetable oil a baking sheet. Each ball presses in the center of the bottom of the beaker.
Each muffin grease mixture (yolk + a little water).
In deepening put the stuffing and put the buns in to bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees (however it all depends on Your oven). In the end I even include the top to buns flushed.
