Cooking
Whisk the butter with the sugar.
Add finely shredded and well drained pineapple. continue whisking.
Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Knead the dough.
Put the dough finely cut dates and nuts. All mix well.
Make balls the size of a walnut and coat in coconut flakes.
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 180 gr. once cooled we spread on a dish.
Ready.
