Cooking
Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into slices and lay out on napkins and blot the top to remove excess moisture.
Fish fillet ( I had catfish) cut into portions, salt and pepper white ground pepper.
Preheat the pan, pour 2 tbsp olive oil, add a sprig of rosemary, heat to go, the smell of it and fry the fish fillets on both sides. Throw away the rosemary. Remove the fish and put it aside.
Cut into slices salami with paprika. ***At this preliminary stage is completed.
Next, prepare everything very quickly, because in Spanish cuisine hot to stand... ***Fry in a pan (you can add 1 more tbsp olive oil) salami chorizo for 1 min on each side.
Add obschenii potatoes. Cook, stirring for about 10 min.
Season with dried oregano and Basil, salt, ground black pepper, bring the potatoes until tender (you may need another 5 min.)
Cherry tomatoes cut in half and add to the pan, stir, cover and simmer 5 min., 1 times gently to mix.
Spread on top of prepared fish fillets, reduce heat to low, and allow to stand, covered 2-3 min., turn off the heat and let stand for another 2-3 min.
Can be served!... with a light fruity wine sangria!
