IT has always attracted my attention... Beckoning... Its beauty has always fascinated my opinion. He often appeared on television. His name sounded like music... Eat this salad turned out to be almost impossible. "What bitterness!" - was my first thought. "Chloramphenicol" - determined in-law is a doctor. And radicchio, he's radicchio, thoroughly settled in my fridge. And here decided to use it to set off the taste of seafood. And I must say, the result did not disappoint me. The salad was unusual. Not for every day. On the occasion. As a gift... as Scarlett contest on 8 March.

Cooking
Radicchio Rosso to disassemble the leaves, and chop sticks.
To soften the bitterness, radicchio and fry in vegetable oil (ideally olive, but I didn't have ;)) for 2-3 min. Salad will change color, but remain slightly crunchy.
Drain the oil from the sea cocktail.
Maslinka cut into slices. Crab sticks to make out the fibers.
Mix radicchio, sea cocktail, half of crab sticks and olives. To put all in a salad bowl.
For the filling grate the cheese on a coarse grater (I have in the fridge was Edam cheese and half processed cheese "Country").
Wine heated in an enamelled saucepan with a thick bottom, but do not boil. Melt cheese in wine. Add the starch. Should turn out homogeneous, fairly thick dressing.
Decorate the salad with mashinkami and the remaining crab sticks. The salad is ready!
