Tomato pie
Dear cooks, today I invite You for a Cup of tea with an incredibly flavorful pie. Three kinds of tomatoes, cooked with soy sauce, herbs and peppers on a thin crisp crust. You will not regret it!

Ingredients

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    300 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Water

    9 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Shallots

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Thyme

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    300 g

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    2 handful

  • Mozzarella

    60 g
