Chicken-tomato soup
Traditional Turkish chicken soup with the addition of tomatoes and garlic. Tasty, healthy, satisfying!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    400 g

  • Water

    1.5 l

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vermicelli

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Lemon

Chicken breast boil in salted water for 35-40 minutes, remove from broth. Strain the broth.

Cool the chicken and to make out the fibers. I got the half chicken, the other half put in a salad.

Tomatoes pour over boiling water, peel, grate. Garlic finely chop.

In a pot heat vegetable oil, fry the garlic until soft, add the tomatoes and simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Pour into the pan the chicken broth, bring to a boil. Add noodles, cook until tender according to instructions on its packaging. Add to the soup chicken meat, salt and pepper to taste, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
