Cooking

step-0
To prepare the dough we will need semolina, flour, butter, dried cream (milk) and water. In this test, no sugar because the filling is so sweet enough.
step-1
Mix the dry products. Add the oil, grind it with the flour and, gradually infusing water, knead the dough. It becomes quite sticky. We it for half an hour aside and making the filling.
step-2
Prepare the filling. We need the pitted dates and soft dried apricots.
step-3
Dates, apricots, spices and oil 20 gr of mince. Add spices directly into the meat grinder because of the stir this mass will then be quite difficult.
step-4
Divide the dough into 10-12 pieces, and accordingly make 10-12 balls of the filling. If you have the dough stick to your hands, grease them with vegetable oil. From the test hands make flapjack, put the filling inside and zasiyaet region.
step-5
For beauty give the cake some form using molds for baking. I have a silicone mold"roses" into 12 pieces. I grease it slightly with oil and stacked there, "kolobochki" cakes. Then you can bake directly in it...
step-6
And you can get out of shape and bake on a baking sheet, on a sheet of baking paper. Bake at 180° for about 25 minutes until lightly Browning. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar with cinnamon.
step-7
This is the cake we tried in the same shop and we really liked it. Upon arrival, I decided to find a recipe online. Of course, to do so, as do the Turks, I may have failed, but it was very similar. The combination of savoury crumbly dough and the spicy sweetness of fruit makes this dessert very attractive. This cake is simple and fast, therefore it is better not to do "in store", it quickly hardens. To avoid this, in Turkey it is impregnated with syrup. But I tried to avoid excessive sweetness.
