Nigiri-sushi with mushrooms
A very easy recipe of Japanese cuisine. Do not require much experience in the preparation of this dish, most importantly the right to cook the rice. I think this appetizer is wonderfully suited for a romantic dinner or to party with friends in the Japanese style)) :)

Ingredients

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Mushrooms

    8 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Green onions

    2 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    5 Tbsp

  • Ginger

  • Cumin

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

  • Dill

Boil the rice as for sushi. To do this, I don't use any tricks, I just figure a little longer to cook. ;)

Mushrooms wash, peel, remove the stems, each hat do the notches in the sprocket and boil in boiling water for 10 minutes. Take out, give water to drain.

Mushrooms put into a suitable dish, add balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and stir, leave to marinate for about 15 minutes.

Cheese grate on a fine grater, onion finely chop.

The ready-made, slightly warm rice, add cheese, green onions, ground ginger, ground cumin, 1 tbsp soy sauce and mix well everything.

From the prepared mixture, with wet hands, formed balls the size of a mushroom cap. The rice balls "dress up" hats and ready-made nigiri-sushi spread on a dish. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and decorate with sprigs of dill.
