Cooking
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
Crab sticks cut into thin strips.
Cook hard-boiled eggs, cool, peel and cut into small cubes. Mix with the chopped crab sticks and add 4 tbsp of mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly.
On a dish put 6 crackers. On top put the mixture of eggs and crab sticks, smear, sprinkle with cheese. Fluff with mayonnaise.
Cover with second layer of crackers. Again spread the egg-crab mixture and sprinkle with cheese. To soak in the refrigerator for several hours.
