Cooking
Just say, I did Easter in two variants, describe here step by step chocolate Easter. White is done the same way, only without the chocolate. Time are subject to a freezing Easter. Curd proteret through a sieve, add the softened butter, carefully grind.
Beat eggs with sugar, add the cream and put in a water bath. Cook, stirring, until thick. If you make chocolate Easter, along with the cream, add the chocolate. Allow to cool.
Connect the cooled custard mixture with the cheese, add the vanilla and candied fruit. Mix well.
Lay a gauze shape for Easter, or colander.
Put the cheese mass in the shape, wrap the ends of the gauze. From top to put a small bend. Usually enough to leave for the night. Gently turn on the dish. Remove the gauze. You can decorate with grated chocolate.
