Turkey fillet with cheese
The meat turns out very juicy and just melts in your mouth. The recipe is slightly different from those presented by other cooks.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    125 g

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Cut the onion into half rings and fry in vegetable oil.

Meat wash, cut into small pieces and beat, add salt and spices, mix well. Protiven grease with vegetable oil and spread the meat evenly.

In a separate bowl, whisk 2 eggs, add yogurt and spices and whisk again.

On top of the meat spread fried onions

Then on top of all pour a mixture of yoghurt and eggs.

The last step is to sprinkle all liberally with cheese and put the meat in the oven. 180 degrees, about 30 minutes.
