This dish is similar to lasagna but instead of lasagna sheets cabbage!

Cooking
Cabbage leaves wash and boil in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. Drain in a colander
To make the sauce: peel and chop the onion, fry it in butter, add 3 tbsp flour, mix well. Add the milk, bring the sauce to a boil and cook for 5 min.
Saute the onions, carrots and tomatoes until soft, add garlic and herbs to taste. On a separate pan fry the mince and add to stuffing. Mix well.
Collect pie: the baking form grease with oil, put cabbage leaves overlapping each other (preferably, cabbage leaves hanging over the edge of the form). Cabbage leaves to grease with butter sauce, then put half of the meat filling, sprinkle with cheese, again lubricated sauce. Cover with cabbage leaves, and repeat. The last layer put the cabbage, coat with the sour cream in the oven for 40-50 min. For 15 minutes until cooked sprinkle with grated cheese.
Take out from the oven our zapekanku, cut and served to the table
