I hope that You do not over season sea buckthorn, because I came in today with a great tincture, which, incidentally, also can be made from frozen berries. Bright rich color, excellent taste - all your own hands, without fraud. I invite you to try out.

Cooking
Berries to sort. If you take frozen berries pre - thawed it is not necessary.
Sea buckthorn placed in a bottle (a 1.5-1.6 l), pour the vodka and top to bottom (about 0.6 litres) of drinking water. Resealed and put in a dark place (mine is in the closet) for 20 days.
After twenty days the drink is ready. Strain the infusion through a sieve first.
To berries gave the tincture not only taste, but color, they must RUB through a sieve (or squeeze through cheesecloth).
In a small portion of the tincture (about 100-150 ml) and add honey. A little heat to the honey dissolved. And mix with all the infusion. Then strain through double cheesecloth.
Gorgeous, Sunny, fragrant tincture is ready. At this point you can dilute it with water (approximately 200-300 ml), but I recommend keeping a tincture like this. And dilute already feeding your guests desire-ice, water.
