Spring rolls
Spring rolls. Conictual - known spring rolls or fried rolls with various fillings, is very popular not only in China. They are often served at receptions at the Chinese embassies and consulates. The Spring festival is usually held during Lichun, this time means the beginning of spring, and everything starts to perk up, eat Curtsying at this time means to attract good luck in the future.

Pork cut into thin strips, mix with vegetable oil (1 tbsp), rice wine (1 tbsp), soy sauce (1 tbsp) and starch (1 tbsp). Allow to stand for 30 minutes. I added vegetable oil with hot peppers - just on the edge of a tsp.

In a pan pour a little vegetable oil is heated and fry the pork until it turns white. Take out and leave aside. Carrots cut into thin strips. In the same pan put the carrots and fry for a couple minutes.

Chinese mushrooms soaked, wash and also cut into thin strips. Add to carrots, wood mushrooms, meat, 0,5 tsp sugar, sesame oil, 0.5 teaspoon of salt and fry, stirring occasionally. Then add the soybean sprouts and fry for another 1 minute. Sprouts I sometimes substitute fresh cucumber, cut into strips.
