Orange cupcake with chocolate chips
Very tasty and fragrant cake for lovers of the combination of orange + chocolate.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Chocolate milk

    50 g

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

Turn the oven on 180 degrees. Detachable form grease with butter. Separate the whites from the yolks. To the yolks add the softened butter, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, all beat well, then while continuing to whisk, add sour cream and orange juice (leave 3 tbsp of the juice to soak the cake), lemon zest, sifted flour with baking powder, mix well. Beat the whites to a froth. Add the whites to the batter, stirring gently.

Chocolate grind into crumbs, add to batter, stir well.

Pour the batter into the pan.

Bake the cake until done. Allow to cool slightly on the grill, then prick with a toothpick the surface, pour orange juice mixed with 1 tbsp. of powdered sugar.

Then you can pour the cake with chocolate icing.
