Description

Rolls of beef with pears and cheese
Meat rolls, soaked in a wine marinade and the juice of pears, prepared a firm male hand. Hand (two copies) belongs to the brother. His romanticism is alien, so serve a little help. For the contest "Spring in the heart."

Ingredients

  • Beef

    1000 g

  • Dry red wine

    1 cup

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Onion

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

step-0
In advance, prepare the marinade – at least for an hour before marinating meat. For this mix the wine, olive oil and seasonings. Take the favorite seasonings. I really like oregano. Even pour a little hot pepper. Pour the mixture into a container with a lid pornosgratis. Shake that all got mixed up and put them in the cold. Fillet cut across the grain into long plates.
step-1
Meat cover with a film and good beats with a mallet.
step-2
In a glass or ceramic bowl put the meat in the marinade. Remove overnight in the refrigerator.
step-3
Cheese RUB on a small grater.
step-4
Pear peeled, cut into thin plates. Grind onion (this onion cut me:-[ Just always do the others it's a bit too big for me cut)
step-5
A layer of meat lightly dry it with a paper towel. Add salt. Spread a layer of the onion. Top with grated cheese.
step-6
On the cheese – plate of juicy pear.
step-7
Turn the roll, but not until the end – that was "tail". Fasten with toothpicks.
step-8
On the foil lay out the two rolls. "Tails" fasten with toothpicks, to make a heart. Neatly wrap it up with foil. Put in a pre-heated oven (180-200*C).
step-9
After 40 min take it out and check readiness. Pour the resulting juice. If the meat is ready sprinkle with cheese and put another 10 minutes in the oven.
step-10
Ready! Left to pull out the toothpicks.
step-11
A little sprinkle with walnuts. Serve with mashed potatoes. I have it released from a pastry syringe, so more like a pasta:-) Bon appetit!
