Cooking
In a saucepan melt the butter, add chopped potatoes, a bit of hot boiled water, a little salt and leave to stew on the stove for ten minutes.
After ten minutes add the cabbage - about the same as potatoes. Simmer for another 15 minutes.
Next, put the onions, carrots and dressed with all the sour cream. Simmer for another 15 minutes, trying. If cabbage is not hard – the dish is ready.
It remains only to add dill and, if necessary, salt. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes and you have dinner!
