Berry-jelly-mousse
This dessert will not leave indifferent any sweet tooth - easy, flavorful, extremely airy. The combination of different textures of the mousse and the jelly adds a special flair to this dessert. Perfect for any children's party.

The first thing we need to thaw the berries (great if someone would use fresh).

Pour half of gelatin 40 ml of cold water and allowed to swell (depends on gelatin - see instructions)

Boil the milk, put the sugar (100 g), the contents of the vanilla pod. Enter the swollen gelatin. The mixture must be cooled to room temperature. You can put in the fridge, but then be careful not to miss the moment when the mixture starts to turn into jelly.

The main difference between mousse and jelly is that jelly is transparent and has a relatively firm texture and, in addition, not whipped. The mousse should be light and puffy - this is achieved by whipping. Now, whisk the milk mixture until the formation of fluffy mass, and while beating its volume should increase by 2-3 times. Well-whipped mousse has a thick foamy consistency, and should keep the "cap" on the rim.

Gently spread in a La carte dishes (fill our mold half).

Put in the refrigerator. When the mass is to keep the shape, you can put a few berries. You don't see them in the final product, but will be a nice little surprise for Your family or guests.

While vanilla mousse cools, prepare the berries and soak the second part of gelatin. The berries are punched out by a blender and strain through a fine sieve. Of the remaining water and the pulp, boil the juice - add sugar ( 80 g), bring to a boil, enter gelatin.

Remove from heat, drain and pour berry juice (he left after straining the berry puree).
