Roast with pumpkin and prunes
"Tsimes!" - have you heard that expression? So I've heard. What is to know. And here decided to ask. The feature turned out to be... a dish with pumpkin! It's about time! For the competition "Bright mood"

Ingredients

  • Beef

    600 g

  • Pumpkin

    500 g

  • Prunes

    100 g

  • Broth

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Cinnamon

  • Salt

The meat is cut into cubes not very large.

Notes. Again, I nedodelal! Salt is quite a decent way meat loves salt, pumpkin fresh by itself. Pumpkin wandered off, got awesome roast pumpkin sauce. But next time I will potomu an hour WITHOUT the pumpkin, then add it and patalu another half hour. Served it all with rice.
